System Settings

Loan policy, fines, appearance, and language configuration.

All settings are managed from Admin → Settings and take effect immediately (no restart needed).

Loan Policy

  • Default Loan Days: Duration before books are due
  • Maximum Renewals: How many times a book can be renewed
  • Max Loans Per Member: Active loan quota

Fines

  • Fine Per Day: Overdue charge amount
  • Fines auto-calculate on overdue HOME loans

Appearance

  • Theme: 7 color themes available (ocean, midnight, emerald, etc.)
  • Logo: Upload library logo (PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG)
  • Library Name: Shown in header

Languages

  • Enable/disable English and Khmer UI
  • Users can switch languages anytime
