Managing the product catalogue.

The product catalogue is fully editable. Changes take effect in the POS immediately.

Adding a product

  1. Open Products from the sidebar
  2. Tap Add Product
  3. Enter name, category, price (KHR), cost (KHR), and initial stock
  4. Choose an image: pick an emoji from the grouped emoji picker, or upload a photo (JPEG/PNG, max 1 MB — stored as base64)
  5. Save — the item appears in the POS grid immediately

Smart icon suggestion — When you type a product name, BrewDesk suggests a matching emoji automatically based on name keywords — you can override it with the emoji picker at any time.

Bulk add

Use the bulk-add option to seed an entire category at once. Useful when setting up a new menu section.
