Usage reports

The Reports page summarizes borrowing activity, exportable to Excel or PDF. A weekly summary is emailed to admins automatically.

Notification log

Every approval, rejection, checkout, return, and overdue alert is logged on the Notifications page, even if the email itself failed to send.

Note — An administrator can temporarily disable the public request or return forms, or put the whole site into maintenance mode, from site settings.
