The Reports module provides a period-based view of business performance. Toggle between Week and Month to change the analysis window.

Available charts & tables

• Revenue & profit area chart — last 6 months, with cost-of-goods subtracted
• Product sales bar chart — units sold per product for the period
• Category breakdown bar — revenue share by category
• Order heatmap — day of week × time slot, showing peak and quiet hours
• Top products table — ranked by revenue, with unit count
• Payment method split — Cash / QR / Card percentage breakdown

Using the heatmap — The order heatmap is one of the most actionable views. Look for consistently dark cells — those are your peak windows. Schedule more staff before those slots, and consider promotions in the lightest cells to drive traffic.
