The IT Equipment Borrowing System keeps track of shared devices — laptops, projectors, phones, and other hardware — as they move between the equipment room and the people who need them. Every item carries an asset tag and QR code; every loan carries a status from request to return.

Track equipment

Each asset has a unique tag like IT-LAP-0001, a QR code, and a live status: available, borrowed, or under maintenance.

Approve loans

Staff review incoming requests, approve or reject them, and confirm items when they're picked up and returned.
